THE JOB
The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the programming and staff within the Short-Term Residential programs. This position's direct reports include 2 Behavioral Health Technician Supervisors, 2 Care Managers, a Clinical Team Lead, 2 Peer Support Specialists, and 2 Program Nurses (who are co-supervised with the Director of Nursing).

Here are some of the things you can expect to do in this role:
- Work positively as a member of the Leadership Team at Campus for Hope, as well as a member of the treatment team within the Short-Term Residential (STR) programs. These residential programs have 46 beds combined, and serve adults who have substance use issues and, most often, co-occurring mental health concerns as well

- Provide direction and supervision to assigned staff

- Ensure a holistic, person-first approach is being delivered in all programming throughout the residential units

- Review assessments and evaluations along with the Admissions Team and other members of Leadership to determine eligibility for admission

- Provide direction and leadership throughout the team and facility, through positivity and collaboration

- Make a huge difference in the lives of people who have come to CenterPointe for help in navigating their recovery journeys and obtaining their ideal state of health and well-being

WHAT YOU HAVE
Required:
- A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

- Active LIMHP and LADC licenses in the State of Nebraska

- At least 21 years of age

- Experience working with persons with co-occurring and complex diagnoses

- 2 or more years of experience directly supervising staff and/or clinical programming supervision
